SOC appears in THE WORLDFOLIO

President, Kayoko Arikawa, was interviewed by “THE WORLDFOLIO”, a global media company in the United Kingdom.

The WORLDFOLIO interviews business leaders in various countries about the origins of companies, business development, management philosophies, etc., then, publishes them as articles.

This was our second interview since 2021, and it lasted nearly two hours.
The main topics were:
(a) the growing importance of fuses in circuit protection as electrification accelerates,
(b) the importance of earning customers’ trust, given the unique role of a fuse-to sacrifice itself to protect a circuit under abnormal conditions only, and
(c) the strength of manufacturing exclusively in Japan at a time when global supply chains are increasingly exposed to geopolitical risks.

In response to the final question, “How would you describe your company’s mission and identity in the simplest possible terms?”, President Kayoko Arikawa concluded with a clear and straight answer: “Making the world better through safety and security.”
