SOC introduces its new PT4065 fuse

As the EV/HEV market expands further and battery technologies continue to develop, higher current-carrying and voltage capabilities are required.
The PT4065 fuse was designed to meet these increasing requirements.

This fast-acting, compact fuse (40 x 65 mm), is rated at DC 500 V with a current rating of 500 A and a breaking capacity of 20,000 A at DC 500 V.
The PT4065 fuse follows the superior construction concept of the previously released PT series and achieves higher durability by adopting a two-piece symmetrical arrangement for the fuse element.

Newly released for mass production, the PT4065 fuse is ready to be designed into high voltage/current circuits.
